Reflecting on a Decade of Excellence

Kick Off Meeting 2025

PT Sugiake Tooling Indonesia recently convened its annual meeting for the funding year 2025 at the picturesque Damar Langit, Cisarua, Puncak. The theme for this event was “Our Journey, Your Trust: A Decade of Excellence”.

The primary objective of this annual meeting was to assess the accomplishments of 2024 and strategize for the upcoming year, 2025. Team Sugiake is gearing up for a series of pivotal events in 2025, coinciding with the monumental 10th anniversary of PT Sugiake.

Despite our relatively youthful presence in the industry, we firmly believe that PT Sugiake has been a catalyst for substantial transformations in the cutting tools sector. As the industry landscape evolves rapidly amidst fierce competition, we understand the essence of embracing change. In a world where trends shift swiftly, we have witnessed notable disruptions, such as the emergence of new players from China revolutionizing the automotive industry, challenging the established dominance of giants car manufacturers from Japan and Europe.

While some may perceive these shifts as threats, at PT Sugiake, we view them as opportunities for dynamic progress. Adhering to the words of the legendary racing driver Ayrton Senna, “Rain puts the cars at the same level, but not the drivers” – highlighting the importance of adaptability and skill in navigating challenging conditions. Just like a rainy day levels the playing field, presenting opportunities for strategic advancements, we are poised to accelerate and maneuver through the changing tides.

“You cannot overtake fifteen cars when it’s sunny weather, but you can when it is raining.” It’s a bit rainy outside. So, let’s try to accelerate and overtake.

Embrace the challenges, seize the opportunities, and let’s drive forward towards a future defined by innovation and resilience. 🚀 #DecadeOfExcellence #Adaptability #Innovation

Gateway to Business Opportunities

METALEX 2024 provided an excellent platform to expand our business network. Before the exhibition, I took some time to explore the beautiful city of Bangkok. A dinner at a heigh at Baiyoke Sky and a shopping spree at Pratunam Market were highlights of my pre-exhibition activities.
The exhibition itself was a hive of activity. I had the opportunity to meet with numerous Indonesian clients and discuss potential collaborations. It was also a great chance to learn about the latest trends and technologies in the manufacturing industry. The trip concluded with a dinner hosted by Naveen, Kennametal’s Sales Director, and Pongpan, one of their Indirect Channel Managers. Their insights into the Southeast Asian market were invaluable.
